Our group developed the employee orientation handbook for Lufthansa Airlines.

The Employee Orientation Handbook covered the following areas:

1. The airline objectives, mission statement and values
2. Location of corporate offices, other offices and/or bases

3. Key personnel

4. Community involvement

5. Outline loyalty program, if applicable

6. Profitability/Financial information

7. Workforce and careers or advancement available

8. The airline image, logo, partners

9. Information about the airline fleet

10. Information about the airline routes

 

Goal

The assignment aimed to provide a comprehensive overview and understanding of the global airline industry, covering aspects like airline structure, economics, strategy, organizational setup, community engagement, loyalty programs, and more.
