Capstone Project - HR Crisis in BC's Aviation & Aerospace Industry
Objective: To research on the HR crisis in BC’s aviation and aerospace industry and provide recommendations based on our findings.
My specific contribution to the project is focused on conducting research on recruiting international workforce to address the crisis in the short-term.
Our end goal is to have a dedicated page on the BC Aviation Council website to showcase our research, findings, and recommendations.
Airport Research Project - Northwest Regional Airport (YXT)
Objective: To prepare a research report on Northwest Regional Airport (YXT).
The report covers airport classification, terminal building design, airfield layout, air operations services provided including annual passenger and aircraft movements, facilities and services, immigration and security related services, safety, security and emergency measures, airport’s steps towards sustainability and contribution towards local community.
